At Sageful, we recognize that scheduling can be challenging. We offer recurring appointment times and flexible scheduling, in-person or online via Telehealth.

We kindly ask you to provide us 24 hours to review your contact inquiry during scheduled business hours. Please note our response may be delayed if we receive your inquiry outside of business hours.

At Sageful, we are excited to provide clinical internship opportunities to pre-licensed counselors-in-training.

Please know we are unable to bill session costs towards your insurance network when assigned to a clinical intern, as determined by our professional board and code of ethics.

We alternatively offer a sliding scale rate of $10-$20 per session with our staffed interns, promoting accessibility, and cost-effective, quality care.

Sageful is pleased to accept your insurance benefits. We are contracted with the following networks:

• BlueCross and BlueShield of Illinois (PPO plans)

• United Healthcare

• Aetna

• Optum

• Evernorth

Please note that late cancellation and no show fees are not covered by insurance benefits.

We accept billing to your out-of-network benefits; to do so, we provide you with a superbill after each attended session via the secure client portal.

When billing out-of-network benefits, please know you agree to charge/pay our full fee per session ($150.00.)

Further, you understand that it is your responsibility to seek reimbursement from your insurance network, independent from Sageful Counseling & Consulting.

Please note that late cancellation and no show fees do not apply to any out of network insurance billing.
